Meeting the needs of young people in communities worldwide, optimist clubs have been "Bringing out the Best in Kids" since 1919. Optimist clubs conduct positive service projects aimed at providing a helping hand to youth. Optimist International is one of the world’s largest and most active service organizations with more than 119,000 members in over 3,800 clubs.

This is our major fundraiser for the year which supports the many projects we do throughout the year such as our essay and oratorical scholarship programs, annual Easter egg hunt, food baskets for those in need, Meridian Optimist Junior Rifle Club, The Meridian Food Bank and much more.
